Lovely Luggage.

found here

I love luggage and am constantly on the lookout for the perfect suitcase. Hasn't happened until today! I love this set, but would never consider checking it on a plane. No way. It would get destroyed or somone else would decide that they couldn't live without it like me and wander off with it. These suitcases are beautiful! So ladylike. Perfect for a train journey, perhaps. Sadly, no train case to match. If there was, I would definitely have to own the set!

Sentimental Lady.

And, since we are on the topic of grocery store songs, here is another one that I frequently hear.  I can't even begin to explain what the deal is with this video.  Another 70's gem... Love the song though, a Fleetwood Mac classic.

Color My World.

I heard this song at the grocery store yesterday (why is it that grocery stores always have the best music?)  I stood there in the aisle staring at beans until it was over.  Love this song!  This isn't the all-time best version, but at least the video is from the 70's.

Sunshade.

I just found this on Design*Sponge and I think it would be a perfect sunshade for our garden! You think?

Garden Bed Update.

We still haven't finished with the new garden bed, but it is 108 outside! We have to wait until it is practically dark even with the sun shade. I've bought some plants though, and we've already decorated. I plan to finish it this weekend. I think that we are going to have to add some sort of sun screen because it is going to be really hot for those little plants.

RIP Louise Bourgeois.

The sculptor Louise Bourgeois passed away on Saturday. She was 98! I've always like her work and my favorite piece is Maman, the giant spider. We saw it outside the Guggenheim in Bilbao and it is amazing! See this Telegraph article about Maman and its power.
